Michele posted this description and reflection on a reading activity that originally came from Jason Fritze. It’s a great one to add to the Plan B repertoire, especially now that kids are squirrely at the end of the year.
I’ve started calling this “Agarrapregunta” in Spanish, and it works very well with classes that have already learned about QAR. For those classes, I give them this form so that each student has to write one question for each of the QARs. (The third page of the form can be used for the activity when it is not used with QAR.)
